Singapore Fringe Festival

Singapore Fringe Festival is an annual celebration of dance, music, theatre and visual arts. For its seventh edition, the theme was Art and Education, with a school workbook as the starting point for the website.

The challenge was to bring the workbook to life online. Working closely with the developer, we experimented with turning its ruled lines into interactive strings, adding a light touch of fun as visitors browsed the festival programme.

Doodles, pencil sketches and yellow highlights carried the familiar character of a school workbook through the pages. Alongside these playful elements, we kept the content organised so visitors could find event information without the page feeling cluttered.
